About CORMS
Corporate and Organisational Resource Management Solutions (CORMS) is an independent, consultancy firm, and a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) with expertise in human, community and institutional development and has a track record of successful
project implementations in this domain. It partners with International NGO, corporations, governments and local communities. It has its corporate headquarters in Yaounde, Cameroon and has implemented projects across Africa including Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana , Nigeria and Sierra Leone amongst others. CORMS works on developing human capital by providing capacity building initiatives channeled towards improved productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. - Pool of qualified human resources: At CORMS, we understand that any organisation is only as effective as the people working in it and the provision of efficient services by any organisation depends on the quality of its workforce. We are a team with a large pool of resource persons cutting across various areas of professional and human capital development. From the Academia through, to the field of practice via hands-on and mental contributions to driving human capital development locally and internationally. We prioritise local knowledge and community involvement by working with local stakeholders in the execution of our activities. CORMS values INCLUSIVITY and ensures gender mainstreaming in our approach to work. Our team is unique and diverse with extensive experience in our domain of work .
– Programmes and Project Management: Our team members have designed, and Managed mega projects across the continent and with reputable international Organisations. They have held executive and leadership positions and bringing on board over 25+ years of experience in organisational management and business management, community development for public and private entities across the continent.

Our narrative has been shaped by our journey through life. Our experiences living and working in rural communities created a gap between WHAT IS and WHAT OUGHT TO BE. CORMS activities tell the story of how transformation within the local setting can lead to global development.

Our Most Efficient Year
At CORMS, we don’t only prioritize activities that impact the communities but we also ensure maximum satisfaction for our partners by optimizing the resources we have at hand to ensure that while delivering on our projects, our partners are satisfied with timely and quality services. To this regard, through the years 2020 to 2023, with the waning of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Urkaine/Russia, which did not favour the business environment worldwide, CORMS decided to work on the principle of doing more with less, by supporting organisations to aligned their budget and redefining their CSR policies. Through this, our company managed to support and sail through the stormy economic situation and stay in business while still satisfying our partners. For this reason, we consider this period our most efficient years of work and we hope for a better future with the economic conditions improving and partners fully back to work
